As there is not yet any fiscal receiver in the U.S. for the Gaden Ngari Khangtsen,

Any donations sent directly to India should be sent  REGISTERED and insured (About $9.00) through the U.S. Postal service.

sure the any of these methods of

payment are negotiable in India.
